In The News...AGAIN
Yes! The Kindness Bucket Brigade was on two TV stations tonight! We aired on Fox 47 during the 9:00 pm news and again on News 3 Channel 3000 for the 10:00 pm news!
Just since the story aired, we gained over 100 new members within about 30 minutes! We currently have 4243 members and just yesterday was the ONE MONTH birthday of the group. I still am in shock over the incredible growth of this group in such a short amount of time.
Coming up we do have another interview with WEAU 13 News next week. It'll be a recorded type of interview, much like tonight's was, but I don't have information yet when that will air. But the more people we can reach the better! We are making incredible strides with bringing kindness to those who need it most. Our online community is nothing short of amazing to me! Every single person in the group is making a difference. Even if you're someone who hasn't posted or liked a single post, you are there. You might just be enjoying the increased level of positivity in your newsfeed or maybe you are enjoying all the random acts of kindness the members are posting about. No matter what though - YOU are making a difference.
In other news (sorta) I will be speaking at a community event in Columbus, WI, about cyber-bullying and the Kindness Bucket Brigade. I will be reaching out to more schools about hiring me to come speak. I truly hope to make a difference and I am working hard on crafting my presentation. Those who know me, my main speaking platform is A Complaint Free World. It will be fun to have a 2nd platform to bring to schools, businesses, associations, wherever more kindness is needed.
If you would like me to speak at your school, event or workplace - please have the person who hires speakers contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org
